Abstract

This work presents research on production and control, explaining, demand Forecasting and inventory management. PCP seeks to develop a production program so that companhias have lower cost on time and with good quality. The management of stocks and demand is necessary in any type of company, being those that produce their products before selling them and those that produce to order, howeyer it is necessary to gather the largest amount of information for the demand forecast to be effective.
