| Resumo: | A presente monografia tem um grande aspecto relevante por abordar de um assunto que envolve a saúde no âmbito de trabalho, e assim adiante reflete na própria dignidade da pessoa humana. Ao falar sobre a saúde do trabalhador, podemos considerar que a maioria já passou por tal conjuntura de não ter seu direito garantido, como a Lei mesmo nos expõe, que assegura os mesmos, mas com a falta de informação, que nós trabalhadores temos, deixemos que a má-fé dos empregadores, nos prejudica e sem garantia do direito que é estabelecido em tal situação. O trabalho tem um grande valor na vida de cada indivíduo, e sem a saúde não há trabalho, veremos ainda o que os direitos à saúde garantido em Lei pode trazer ao trabalhador, e busca apontar informações que possam trazer melhorias, a grande parte de indivíduos que trabalham para suprir suas necessidades não só do dia a dia |
| Abstract: | This monograph has a great relevant aspect for addressing a subject that involves health in the workplace, and so on reflected in the very dignity of the human person. When talking about the health of the worker, we can consider that the majority has already gone through such a situation of not having their right guaranteed, as the Law itself exposes us, that they want them, more with the lack of information, that in the members we have, we leave that the bad faith of employers leaves us harmed and without guarantee of such a right that is established in such a situation. Work has a great value in the life of each individual, and without health I don't work, we will still see what the rights to health guaranteed by law can bring to the worker, and seek information that brings improvements, the great part of researching who works to meet your needs not only from day to day. |
