RELEVÂNCIA DOS SISTEMAS INFORMATIZADOS PARA CONTROLAR ESTOQUES FÍSICOS; CASO DE UMA EMPRESA DE PEÇAS E ACESSÓRIOS PARA MOTOS

Abstract

The following monograph paper presents as a theme Computerized Systems to control stocks, and through this study searched for answers to the following question: How can a company that sells parts and accessories for motorcycles reduce the deficiencies on its physical stock. The general object consisted in showing the relevancies of the computerized system to control the specific goals, were specified to perform a bibliographic research referring to the theme and the problem proposed , focusing on knowing better the theories about Computerized Systems to control physical stocks of the company, through the direct look at it. The main tool to the collection of data was the direct goal, which consists in a method that registers tendencies, facts and actions directly related to the object of the research, without any contact with the interviewed candidates. Being so, this study didn´t involve questions and answers. The choice of the proposed theme justified itself by turning each time more necessary to the study, because it is a relevant subject in the business field , each day more and more present in the companies routine. The conclusion showed that the results clarified the way of acting of the method used nowadays by the company to control its physical stocks , and showed how much a computerized System and specific to such purpose, once this system shows a better efficiency to reach the organizational goals.
