AS BARREIRAS TARIFÁRIAS DA UNIÃO EUROPEIA: impactos nas exportações brasileiras de carne bovina entre 2020 e 2024 Through this scientific article we will analyze the impact of tariff barriers imposed by the European Union on Brazilian beef exports in the period from 2020 to 2024. The research will address changes in European trade policy, which introduced more stringent measures, such as tariffs and restrictions linked to environmental and health criteria, especially those related to the European Ecological Pact and the Mercosur- European Union Agreement. To achieve this, this study will use a mixed methodology, combining a qualitative analysis of normative documents and bibliographic review, together with the collection and interpretation of foreign trade statistical data. The central hypothesis is that such barriers contributed to the reduction of thecompetitiveness of Brazilian beef in the European market. AS MARCAS DA INFÂNCIA E A CONSTITUIÇÃO DA IDENTIDADE: um estudo à luz da Teoria Histórico-Cultural de Vygotsky This study analyzes how childhood experiences contribute to the constitution of identity based on Lev S. Vygotsky’s Historical-Cultural Theory. It assumes that human development is a historical, social, and mediated process in which the childinternalizes culturally produced signs and meanings. The research, qualitative and theoretical-bibliographic in nature, is grounded in classical works by Vygotsky (2022; 2007), Leontiev (2004), and Luria (1986), as well as contemporary studies by Kramer (2003), Smolka (2000), Rego (2012), Oliveira (2021), Tuleski (2004), Bronfenbrenner (2011), Freire (2019), and Silva and Freitas (2024). The results show that childhood experiences, especially those mediated by language and social interaction, constitute the core of subjectivity and shape how individuals perceive themselves and others. Affective and dialogical environments foster more autonomous identities, whereas contexts marked by symbolic neglect tend to limit the development of self-awareness. It is concluded that childhood remains active within the adult psychological structure, being continuously re-elaborated throughout new social interactions. Outro

LESÕES MACROSCÓPICAS E SUAS IMPLICAÇÕES NAS CONDENAÇÕES EM FRIGORÍFICOS: uma análise epidemiológica e sanitária This study aims to characterize and correlate the main macroscopic lesions observed during bovine post mortem inspection with formal causes of condemnation, addressing epidemiological, sanitary and economic implications. A documentary, descriptive and exploratory literature review is conducted for 2013–2024, relying on articles and reports that analyzed official inspection records, given the unavailabilityof direct and systematic access to SIF full databases; therefore, secondary data previously extracted and processed are used. The corpus includes studies detailing methodology, sample, inspection service type and numerical outcomes on lesion prevalence, condemnation causes and loss estimates. Results indicate predominance of inflammatory, parasitic, traumatic and degenerative patterns, highlighting granulomas compatible with tuberculosis, cysticercosis cysts, abscesses and bruises, as well as regional and operational variability affecting judgment consistency. It concludes that standardized criteria, continuous training, laboratory support and digitized records enhance diagnostic specificity and epidemiological value, while on-farm and transport interventions reduce unwarranted condemnations, economic losses and public health risks within a One Health perspective. OS DESAFIOS E BENEFÍCIOS DA ESTERILIZAÇÃO ITINERANTE NO CASTRAMÓVEL E NAS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS This study provides an in-depth analysis of the challenges and benefits of itinerant sterilization carried out using the castramóvel (mobile neutering unit), configured as an important public policy strategy aimed at controlling the population of dogs and cats, preventing zoonoses, and promoting animal welfare. The research consists of a systematic literature review based on bibliographic surveys from national and international scientific databases such as PubMed, SciELO, and Google Scholar, covering the period from 2020 to 2025. Articles addressing technical, legal, social, and sanitary aspects related to itinerant sterilization practices were selected. The results indicate that the castramóvel has proven to be an effective alternative to expand access to sterilization in low-income communities, reducing abandonment and contributing to public health. Additionally, it promotes public awareness regarding responsible pet ownership and respect for animals. However, its implementation faces structural, financial, and logistical challenges, as well as a lock of standardized regulations among states and municipalities. The study also highlights the importance of collaboration among government agencies, educational institutions, and non-governmental organizations to ensure the sustainability and expansion of these programs. It concludes that the consolidation of the castramóvel as an effective public policy depends on continuous investments, professional training, and educational initiatives integrating health, environmental, and animal welfare sectors.
