dc.description.abstract	This monograph aims to report the relevance of the use of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDIC) and how the lack of digital inclusion affects basic education, causing social inequalities and digital and social exclusion of individuals. Its general objective is to analyze the main challenges and possibilities of using DICT from the perspective of digital inclusion in basic education. To carry out the research and give theoretical support to the study of the were, a bibliographical research was carried out from the reading of articles, monographs and books and also a documentary research, through the analysis of documents and legislation on the problem. For the presentation of the two research results, the main educational challenges faced for the insertion of technology in the classroom, in the face of the new reality currently experienced with the emergence of the pandemic and its effects on basic education, are highlighted. Due to these factors, thus presented, the possibilities of effecting digital inclusion in educational institutions and the importance of seeking a technology-based education that includes everyone without distinction.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	A presente monografia visa relatar a relevância da utilização das Tecnologias Digitais de Informação e Comunicação (TDIC) e como a falta da inclusão digital afeta o ensino básico, ocasionando as desigualdades sociais e a exclusão digital e social dos indivíduos. Tem como objetivo geral analisar os principais desafios e possibilidades da utilização das TDIC na perspectiva da inclusão digital na educação básica. Para realizar a pesquisa e dar sustentação teórica ao estudo foi utilizada a pesquisa bibliográfica a partir da leitura de artigos, monografias e livros e também a pesquisa documental, por meio da análise de documentos e leis acerca da problemática, sendo embasados principalmente nos autores Kenski (2012), Moran (2013), Bonilla (2011) e Pretto (2011). Para a apresentação dos resultados da pesquisa, foram evidenciados os principais desafios educacionais enfrentados para a inserção da tecnologia em sala de aula, frente à nova realidade vivenciada atualmente com o surgimento da pandemia e os seus efeitos na educação básica. Devido a esses fatores, foram apresentadas então, possibilidades para a efetivação da inclusão digital nas instituições de ensino e a importância de se prezar um ensino pautado nas tecnologias que inclua a todos sem distinção.	pt_BR
