Abstract:
This article talks about the socio-affective parenting and these succession effects, aiming to understand the contemporary formation of the Brazilian family, in a pluralistic perspective of parenting ruled on affection, dignity, love, protection, education of the minor, regardless of issues inbred. The projection of the future patrimonial and personal effects of a socio-affective relationship are discussed, furthermore as the reciprocity of this relationship between parents and children. The methodology used in this article focuses on bibliographic and documentary research inserted in the legal and philosophical field of Law, solidified, above all, in the Brazilian Federal Constitution of 1988, in the Brazilian Civil Code of 2015, in the ECA, in the Family Law Institute (IBDFAM). In this sense, it is possible to concludethat Law in modernity is a movement, is rhizomatic and is increasingly decreasing the link between multiparentality and its legal effects.
