Abstract:
This study aims to study the possibility of decriminalization of abortion, so that before committing a crime against life not yet conceived, there is concern about the health of the pregnant woman. For, with the decriminalization of abortion, many deaths that are caused by abortion can be avoided simply because the poor woman does not have the financial means to have a safe abortion, which is even prohibited by clandestine clinics, while poor women die in totally unhealthy abortion procedures, which can also generate government expenses, since when the procedures do not work they are taken to public hospitals. Defend that the woman has the autonomy to decide on her own body. Necessarily she does not have to be a mother to be a woman. And if by chance, by carelessness, she becomes pregnant, has the power to decide whether or not to generate a child
