Abstract:
Poultry farming is a high development activity that is very advantageous for small and large agribusiness investors. There are several conditions that need to be met for the business to be profitable. The methodology employed is a descriptive research that seeks to present, specify, argue and demonstrate the tools for profitability in this activity. The main references are authors Sergio Zen, Paulo de Tarso Carletti Filho, Eliseu Martins. The purpose of this research is to analyze and demonstrate if investment is viable, bringing profitability mainly to small farmers where they may be making better use of their properties.
