Abstract:
Elderly adoption a possibility. The present study aims to present the evolutionary
process of adoption in Brazil, all forms and possibilities of adoption as provided for by
law and the still without legal provision that is the case of the adoption of the elderly,
but that already has a bill to regulate the situation. Other topics will also be
addressed, such as the affectivity principle, the rights of the elderly and the increase
of the elderly population in the country. Indicates the overall goal. Presents the
method of bibliographic research. Displays the search results.
