Abstract:
For a better understanding of this work, I introduced the theme gradually. This article
intends to analyze the parental alienation that is more and more present in the
Judiciary Power, thus, in August 2010, the Law. 12,318 / 2010, emerged. In this
work, we will also portray family models in the 21st century that are characterized by
the multiplicity of people, thus appearing the main types of family. The traditional,
matrimonial, informal, single- family and the eudemonist family. These families are
being recognized legally and socially in our ordinance.
