Abstract:
The Work clearly and objectively presents the situation in which many people face
difficulties in claiming the retirement benefit because they do not always know what
supporting documents they must have at the time of requesting retirement and more
specifically the special retirement, because it is a retirement modality that depends
on more specific professionals for the elaboration of reports, for example, the LTCAT
(Technical Report on Environmental Working Conditions) is a document that was
instituted by Social Security, it was necessary to create and evolve the system
Brazilian social security system, and the benefits created by it, today we have some
laws that create the conditions, of access, discipline and determines how to acquire,
the Federal Constitution of 1988, which is where everything starts in it we have the
law 8,212 of 1991 that disposes about social security and costing, we have Law
8,213 of 1991 known by some as the law of benefits, it contains In addition to the
benefits that are given to policyholders, pension reform has also brought about some
changes, constitutional amendments have come, but recently. special retirement is a
type of retirement where the insured can request with a reduced contribution time to
compare with other pensions, as it is a more difficult path on the part of workers, the
exposure to agents and environments in which damage their integrity. This study
aims to help policyholders especially to prove their right to special retirement. I
adopted bibliographic and documentary research as the source methodological path
for the study.
