Abstract:
The main objective of this article is to demonstrate the relevance of recruiting and
selecting people in the entire production process as a tool for the effectiveness
of results. Nowadays, competing for a job in the job market is not synonymous
with having a good Curriculum vitae. For those who want to achieve success, in addition to technical qualification, they must have skills capable of increasing the
business capital of an organization and the prospect of life in a highly competitive
market. With an organized and objective planning, companies are able to better
recruit and select their candidates with the potential and adequate profile to
occupy the position. The present research aims to arouse interest in Personnel
Recruitment and Selection Processes with a view to the benefit of the company
as well as its value and success in the market based on the people who compose
it. For this, a bibliographic review of articles on the Internet and books addressing
the subject was carried out, in addition to the techniques and strategies
employed, their advantages and disadvantages in order to find the right person,
for a right position, thus defining which candidate or talent will be in charge of the
position.
