Abstract:
The setback hits the issue of LGBT inclusion in the job market, and it is precisely
to turn this table that we need to talk (and a lot) about the subject. This article
aims to discuss how this matrix of the labor market promotes the inclusion of
more people from the LGBTQIA + community in this field and shows values such
as respect, diversity, and ethics. This research starts from the following problem
situation: Why does the LGBTQIA + community have difficulty in inclusion in the
job market? The methodology used in the literature review.
