Abstract:
This study on leadership and organization aims to clarify so that everyone can
understand the impact that a good or bad organization and a good leader and a
bad leader can have on an organization, through studies on the concept of
leadership and organizations both in performance means as in the people who
live with each other within a team, and intend to clarify how a leader should act
with its team, management, behavior, clothing, main act being safe and
confident in front of your team.
