Abstract:
The theme of this paper monograph is summarized in the motivation and the
satisfaction of staff and seeks to get answers to the following question: Which
factors promote the motivation of employees with a consequent increase in the
degree of satisfaction of the team? The overall aim was to research, raise and
discuss the factors that can promote motivation of employees by increasing the
degree of satisfaction. We conducted bibliographic researches and field research,
being used as technical procedure, an interview through structured questionnaire
which was given to company employees. The study was justified by giving a
contribution to the company given knowledge of the degree of satisfaction of their
employees which could, in another time, be used to improve the company‟s
relationship with their staff. We conclude that the importance and even the
strategic need to promote increased employees satisfaction through motivation are
perceived by the business benefits of motivated employees, such as increased
productivity and performance.
