Abstract:
The issue raised in this thesis comes down to satisfaction of employees and through
this study we tried to get answers to the following question: What are the key
extrinsic factors that may contribute to increased satisfaction among employees of a
utility truck and bus? The overall objective is to identify what are the key extrinsic
factors that can lead to increased satisfaction among employees of this company and
the specific objectives were formed to do library research on the topic, raising factors
which can increase satisfaction among employees through a interview using a
questionnaire.The rationale of this study to nurture a business analysis of the
perception of employees regarding job satisfaction, thus providing the search for new
ways to satisfy them and thus ensure the success of the company.
After the results of research and study, you can see that there are numerous extrinsic
factors that can increase employee satisfaction company's object of this study. He
concluded that, apart from knowledge sources, the salary plus benefits as the main
factor that increases the satisfaction of employees, followed by physical working
conditions and financial incentives and interpersonal relationships.
