Abstract:
The theme of this monograph work is summarized in internal factors that may affect
the management of the working capital at a small company that operates in retail
business of footwear and clothing for children. Through studies and research we
intend to get answers to the following question: What factors can compromise the
internal management of working capital in a small company engaged in the retail of
footwear and clothing for children in the municipality of Ituiutaba-MG? This study
aims to demonstrate the overall lift and internal factors that may affect the
management of working capital in a small business. In this study were carried out
literature searches and field research, being used as a technical procedure, an
interview through structured questionnaire made to the sector responsible for
inventory control and billing system of the company, to raise the main factors that
compromise the company's working capital. The justification of this monograph is
based on the search for identification of internal factors that affect the management
of working capital in small business of retail trade, which is a goal for every
entrepreneur. It is concluded that the company object of this study adopts policies to
inventory control and billing very flexible and less modern, because it is not
computerized, which makes affected in the market today.
