Abstract:
The motivation of employees is a very important tool for achieving organizational
goals and its concept can be translated as a kind of psychological energy or tension
that moves the human organism, determining a given behavior, caused by the
impulse and effort of each individual to satisfy a desire or goal. The issue raised in
this monograph refers to the motivation of employees and through this study we tried
to get answers to the following question: What are the main factors that can cause
extrinsic motivation in the company's employees potter, focus of this study? The
overall objective is to identify which are the main factors that can cause extrinsic
motivation in the company's employees potter focus of this study and the specific
objectives consisted in showing the main factors that can cause extrinsic motivation
in employees through literature searches ; seek from the company's 20 employees,
the focus of this study, factors which may cause your motivation through an interview
by using a structured questionnaire. The rationale of this study relates to the
importance of understanding the factors that have the ability to motivate people, as
this fact represents a work of great importance for the company potter, focus of this
study, since you want to stay in business by motivating its employees. After the
results of research and studies, it was concluded that, from the moment the company
potter knows the sources of motivation of its employees, it will be possible to adopt
an efficient and effective human resource management.
