Abstract:
The theme of this monograph is summarized in this study sought to rework
and get answers to the following question: Employee training can help reduce
rework? The overall objective focused on the development of a study on the
importance of employee training to reduce rework and specific objectives is delimited
to perform a literature search on employee training and rework; up with employees,
what are the main causes of rework, or what are the causes that lead employees to
do the job again and verify that these causes have some connection with the
employee's ability to perform tasks. In field research, was used as a technical
procedure, an interview through structured questionnaire which was given to
company employees. The choice of theme is justified because it is a very interesting
subject that involves the entire market organization, and the reduction of rework is
