Abstract:
Human Resource Management is the set of skills and practices related to people and
their collaborative role in an organization. Another fundamental mission of Human
Resources Management is the inclusion of people with PCD (people with disabilities)
in the labor market. In this conception, this article aims to analyze the importance of
human resources management in the process of social inclusion of people with
special needs in the labor market. For the development of this work, bibliographic
research will be used in order to provide scientific support from the perspective of
highly relevant authors in the field. A field research was also carried out, using
Google Forms, in some companies in Inhumas-GO and region and with PCD in order
to highlight the practice of social inclusion and its impact on the corporate
environment. Given the above, it is possible to see that the vast majority of people
who have some type of special need are not included in the labor market or even
finished high school. On the other hand, companies also do not seek this inclusion
process in their workforce, which is why most PNE's are unemployed.
