Abstract:
The country's constructive progress depends on the carrying out of works. Carrying out
such works efficiently depends on several factors such as inspection, planning, control,
efficiency and professionalism. The execution of works, renovation and/or expansion must
comply with standards, codes and laws. This work intends to demonstrate in a clear and
cohesive way the inspection processes in the execution of the works. To inspect and
control the construction quality of construction companies, field research (technical visit),
research in theses, specific technical articles, technical standards, books and official
websites was necessary, in order to analyze and study in depth the chosen theme. An onsite survey was necessary in a work chosen for inspection, checking the essentials to
conquer the research, such as levels, masonry plumb, clearances, setbacks, construction site, storage of materials and use of PPE. In this sense, it can be analyzed that the
inspection of the work tends to ensure whether the work was built or restored according
to the facilities, and yes, it can identify as possible failures in the control of the execution
of services and present the methods used in inspection for success of the work.
