Abstract:
This work presents the theme School Management in Early Childhood Education, and intends to analyze the importance of continuing education for teachers to act as Managers in this stage of education. It presents as a research problem: fundamental aspects to be addressed in the continuing education of school managers to work in Early Childhood Education. The general objective of the research is to analyze and understand how conceptions of School Management, principles, guidelines and strategies are necessary to improve the formation of Managers, in order to promote didact, administrative and pedagogical knowledge treated for Early Childhood Education. The methodology addressed in this work is bibliographical and documentary research, having as theoretical references professionals in the area of Early Childhood Education and School Management, including: Libâneo (2001; 2007), Campos (2009; 2010), Lück (2000; 2009; 2013), Paro (1996; 1998; 2005)
