Abstract:
In the context of modern organizations, one of the elements that make an
organization no longer good, to be excellent, is the performance of leadership,
this leadership is based on influence, motivation, communicative management,
professional competence, and individual responsibility in relation to the global
process, assuming increasing importance, to the point of changing the entire
organizational climate. In this conception, this article proposes to analyze the
influence of a leader in the organizational environment, seeking to understand
how the results of a team are directly linked to the behavior of their leadership.
For the development of this work, bibliographic research will be used to give
scientific support from the perspective of authors of great relevance in the
theme to highlight the practice and efficiency of leaders in the corporate
environment.
