Abstract:
The economy, the forms of commercialization, the work in its general scope and the society passes daily by constant modifications. These evolutions always end up benefiting capitalists and not workers, who since the beginnings are subordinated to their bosses. Also according to these changes, the job and consequently human life becomes more difficult, especially for lower-income people whose only asset is their workforce, having through the sale of it the obtaining of the capital to supply his needs and of his family, being this only enough for his survival. This is the reality that money provides, because without it you cannot buy anything. The present work shows the leadership of the upper classes, both in society and in economy, and the exploitation of surplus value by the capitalists, who aim only for profit. This study, which proposes to discuss the need of the worker and the exploitation of surplus value, tends to show how the workers (lower classes) are exploited and unmotivated and how unjust and selfish employers are.
