Abstract:
In the present work, it is possible to analyze the consensual ways to solve conflicts. Then, in the approach of the importance of the family as the main principle of learning and education of the child, however with the marital dissolution, the custody of the children ends up being placed as a conflict, in which it becomes a problem in the child's upbringing. Therefore, the use of mediation in family conflicts and its limitations will be addressed, seeking to certify the benefit of a solution to the conflict, as it is a specifically appropriate instrument for resolving family conflicts. With the dissolution of the marital society and its resulting negative aspects, which often generate real battles, whose objective is to slander the image of the other parent in order to prevent him from living with the children. Therefore, the occurrence of the Parental Alienation Syndrome is characterized by the behavior of one of the parents called the alienating parent. However, from a scientific point of view, this is a controversial topic and its concept is inauthentic. In addition, this work shows a little of the involvement of women in the labor market, the changes that have occurred in the role of women over the years, as well as the divergences arising from these same changes.
