Abstract:
This work aims to present the dangers that the evolution of the internet has brought, with the media, putting children and adolescents at risk due to inexperienced use and without awareness of the danger. Child pornography will also be presented through social networks, thus being one of the main crimes committed with the use of the internet. The lack of legislation is also a problem, in an attempt to solve the problem. These attempts to solve this problem have the purpose of preventing the crime that is in article 241 of the Child and Adolescent Statute from being committed.
