Abstract:
The degradation of indigenous lands caused by mining has grown significantly in recent years, thus making it an urgent issue to be addressed, both from an indigenous perspective and as regards environmental degradation. The issue of this research is to report how this bill will change the current legal system, and what impacts will be caused both for the indigenous and for the Brazilian biome. today, making a survey of the main topics to be addressed, especially regarding the analysis of PL 191/2020.
