Abstract:
This monographic work intends to analyze the Parental Alienation Law No. 12,318 of August 26, 2010, which establishes a Brazilian landmark and which has become even more common in our daily lives from the end of a marital relationship. This work will have as the main objective to examine what consequences the child can develop in proven cases of parental alienation, and what is the best custody regime adopted for such cases. A brief analysis will be made of how it is possible to identify the alienator's profile and who can be considered alienated, moreover, it consists of another effort towards the reconstruction of knowledge about the parental alienation law and intends to contribute to the understanding of certain parameters that guided our society, since Parental Alienation is a behavior that has become common within a family environment. The theme is very important for the knowledge of the parents themselves and for understanding society.
