Abstract:
This paper addresses the right to alimony among ex-spouses and ex-partners in order to verify how this provision of alimony works. We had to bring up what alimony and the dissolution of marriage and stable union are, so that we can see how the provision of maintenance between spouses or partners is done. This research proposes to help those who need food, as many ex-spouses or ex-partners do not know in depth about this right, as it is not widely publicized. However, there is a lot of talk about child support. The research talked about how the alimony works, so that both are not harmed at this point, by the end of the marriage or stable union. This is because food is of paramount importance for everyone, because it makes life possible for everyone and we know that it is necessary for people to live with dignity and not suffer from psychological problems. It was also brought up how the payment method works and it was shown how the punishment will be if there is no cooperation from the debtor.
