Abstract:
Introduction: the COVID-19 pandemic scenario brought changes concerning global health. Objective: to analyze, identify and identify mental health and changes of health professionals who work/act on the front line against a COVID-19 pandemic. Methodology: this is a narrative review, which does not need a specific structure for its realization. Data collections were carried out in online databases such as Scielo, Portal BVS, and Portal CAPES, with a time window from 2017 to 2021, and these were the ones that showed psychosomatic changes in the interviewees. Results and result: through data analysis, results were obtained that columns three thematic axes, which are a new concept of world condition, triggers for changes in professionals and the damage related to them. Final considerations: This article concludes if there is a range of triggers that professionals identify and prevent. Thus, this study shows which triggers and damages are related to professionals, offering a view to preventing these changes.
