Abstract:
In January 2020, a new vírus so far unknow was identified, later denominated SARS-CoV-2, causer of Covid-19. In accordance with Organização Mundial da Sáude (OMS), the contamination of vírus happens by contact and proximity with to sick person and so far not exist intervention pharmacological with efficacy and security proven to Covid-19. Through a integrative literature review, this study sought to explain the risks of using medicines with proven clinical ineffectiveness to treatment of Covid-19. The results of research show that in Brazil the search in pharmacies by peoples that show any symptoms that correlate with the same sympstoms of the Covid-19 increased gradually, so the pharmacist must guide and promove the racional use of medicines. It was also possible understand that automedication is a problem that must be seen by public health organs how a challenge constant, being that the wish of find a fast and easy solution for the disease and influenced by ideologies, many peoples began to perform self-medication. So there were significant advanced in determination of alternatives terapeuticals of medicinies, randomized clinical trial are required to determinated the security and efficacy the medicinies for treatment the pacients with Covid-19.
