Abstract:
This monograph clearly addresses the period of the military civil dictatorship between the dates of 1964 and 1985, when in Brazil a form of oppressive government was established that fought at all costs against the regime, the reason for To elaborate this work was to demonstrate some social, legal and political factors of that moment that contributed to the feeling of revolt of the dissatisfaction of the peasant population that decided to take up arms and to ally to the resistance and fight for better conditions in the labor relations, and for the just Distribution of land with the agrarian reform project. The present work was produced from the analysis of texts or reports of the National Truth Commission, created by Law 12,528 / 11, and other supporting text, but always by bibliographic research on the subject. In this way, it becomes relevant to understand that the period of the civil-military dictatorship, much more than a moment of censorship, oppression and violence, generated the political-social elements necessary for the beginning of a gradual disintegration of the dictatorial state for a society Democracy.
