Abstract:
The theme of this research is the school curriculum in the perspective of the internationalization of the educational politics, developed in the field of the Postgraduate program in Education - Academic Master's Degree, of Inhumas College - PPGE/FACMAIS, in "Education, Culture, Theories and Pedagogic Processes" line of research. Therefore, it is performed a reflection about the conception of the neoliberal politics which the society and the school are inserted and, for this reason, it is supposed that such politics have influenced in the elaboration of the official documents of the Goiás State education secretary and, consequently, in the acting ways of the county schools of Inhumas. That said, it is presented as the problem question: What are the repercussions of the international politics in the elaboration of the curriculum guidelines of the County Secretary of Education for the beginner years of the Elementary Teaching in Inhumas’s schools? The general objective of the research consists in the analyses of the educative goals of the international politics and how those reverberate in the curriculum guidelines of the beginner years of the Elementary Teaching in Inhumas County. And, the specific ones propose: a) to identify and to analyse the curriculum theories as well as the educational models formulated to Brazil from the pedagogical tendencies; b) to specify and to comprehend the educative goals of the international politics that orientate the formulation of the curriculum in the beginner years of the Elementary Teaching; and, c) to learn and to analyse the repercussions of the international politics in the elaboration of the curriculum guidelines for the beginner years of the Elementary Teaching in Inhumas County through a colleting with the critical theories of the curriculum. It is a qualitative approaching research. The investigative method approximates from the dialectical historical materialism. The methodological procedures based in the bibliographic research related to the curriculum theories and to the literature about the internationalization of the educational public politics specially occurred from the 1990’s is a documentary analyses of the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC); Curricular Document to Goiás (DC-GO); Political Pedagogical Project (PPP) of a county public school from Inhumas for the beginner years of the Elementary Teaching. The option criterion for a school came through the fact that the other county schools of the city follow a same elaboration script of the PPP, distinguishing only in specific contexts of each school unity situated basically in the localization and clientele questions. In this sense, the reflections and analyses are made under the critical perspectives of the curriculum and of the education. Therefore, the research is organized in three chapters. In the first chapter, it is presented the concepts and conceptions of the curriculum in its historical aspects that reach the educational models and curriculum theories. In the second chapter, it is presented the concepts of the educative school goals; the materialization of the educative goals in the school curriculum; reflections about the internationalization of the educational politics in the neoliberal context. That is why, it is intended to focus the view in the Brazilian education from the 1990’s in this chapter. And, in the third chapter, it is realized a documental analysis that evidences the influence of the neoliberal politics in the elaboration of the official documents such as the BNCC, the DC-GO, comprehending that the educative goals present in these documents orientate the construction of the PPP and, consequently, in the acting of the county schools of Inhumas City.
