Abstract:
The present study aims to analyze the budget of a comparative study between
spreadsheets and standard projects FNDE. This is a field research related to
the construction and budgeting of a covered court with locker rooms, such a
decision of the subject to be elucidated in this study was made through the
need for improvements in the field of civil construction and constant
technological developments, through budget spreadsheets and comparisons of
the same. Concise results were obtained when analyzing these actual
spreadsheets, and by observing their successes and mistakes, a more cohesive
budget pattern can be generated, with better results, as will be shown in the
case study. Thus, the budget spreadsheets that served as a reference for this
study are those for the years 2014 and 2017 (it will be remembered that the
spreadsheets refer to the same work and the same project) and through thecomparison of these spreadsheets, the index of hits and misses was obtained,
as well as a spreadsheet that really represents what the project contemplates.
