Abstract:
The impact that the Covid-19 pandemic has had on Brazilian city halls is of
paramount importance, as the resources previously used to fund projects and
basic expenses have been compromised. The primary objective of the article is
to evaluate how the Covid-19 Pandemic has impacted on the own resources
and expenses of the municipal health fund of Inhumas. The problem to be
addressed is: The impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on the own resources and
expenses of the municipal health fund of Inhumas. The methodology used wasa literature review within the existing specific literature, in which data collection
techniques were used through theoretical references found in books and
articles and documentary research, collecting and analyzing quantitative data,
taken from the Transparency Portal of the City Hall by Inhumas-GO.Theoretical
references that will give clues to the theme will be built based on the readings
of: Arruda; Araujo (2020), Andrade (2016). From the results obtained in this
study, it was found that there was no major impact due to the pandemic on the
indebtedness of the Municipal Health Fund.
