Abstract:
Technologies are present in all current spheres, including in the educational context.
Faced with the pandemic situation faced worldwide, it is necessary to understand
how this circumstance, influenced by technologies, will influence the literacy process.
Thus, this work has the general objective of analyzing the influence of ICTs on the
literacy process during the pandemic. The specific objectives are: to historically
understand literacy and literacy processes, understand information and
communication technologies in the educational context and contextualize the view of
two teachers on the literacy process in the pandemic period. As a methodological
procedure, bibliographic research and qualitative quantitative research were used,
where google forms were used as a data collection instrument. The theoretical
references that supported the research are authors such as Soares (2020), and legal
documents such as the Diretrizes e Bases Law (1996), National Curricular
Parameters (1998), among others. Based on the analysis of the data, the difficulty in
working with technologies in the classroom was verified, aggravated by the situation
of the covid-19 pandemic, given the historical process of literacy and technologies in
Brazil, the analysis undertaken was possible to verify how this situation influences
the educational process, and how technologies help or work two teachers in this
common scenario.
