Abstract:
The present work aims to analyze the labor legal protection of working mothers, from
the perspective of the Theory of Social Reproduction, focusing on the labor legal
protection of working mothers in Brazil, as well as verifying whether the labor legal
protection of these workers is effective in terms of labor market, which in turn is part
of capitalism. The mother worker is the fundamental cog that fosters the capitalist
system, bilaterally and based on her free biological reproduction and exploratory
production.
