Abstract:
This monograph approaches ABORTION AND THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO
LIFE. Since ancient times until now, abortion was widespread as birth control
method. The practice is as old as mankind. Women never stopped performs despite
sanctions, controls, laws and intimidation arising through the history of mankind. I ask
you to make an accurate and deeper reflection on the subject. The pages that follow
are the result of a long and careful research, motivated by the concern that has been
following humanity, before the dissensions whether abortion is or is not a crime. To
perform this analysis, we used the literature method to respond to legislation on
abortion in Brazil we hurt the beginning of the civil personality as there are different
positions theoretical as the beginning of human life and the acquisition of abortion
related civil personality.
