Abstract:
In this research, we intend to analyze the Awarded Delation and its context. It
consists of an effort to make a reconstruction of knowledge about the Awarded
Delation, contributing to a better understanding of society on the subject. The
elaboration of the present study is carried out through explanatory research, which
brings together the particularities of descriptive and exploratory research by carrying
out an in-depth analysis of the subject, while granting the researcher greater affinity
with the theme. The relevance of the selected method is based on the fact that the
investigation focuses on a little explored object. In addition, the applicable legal
regime and the positive and negative points of the object under study will be
presented.
