Abstract:
This study presents a bibliographical research about the literature on the use of the
hybrid teaching method in Higher Education. This study is an integral part of master's
dissertations entitled: hybrid teaching as a teaching-learning process in Higher
Education. The objective of this study was to carry out a bibliographical research with
the objective of analyzing the debates regarding hybrid teaching in undergraduate
courses, especially in the Administration course between the years 2017 to 2021, in
addition to understanding the knowledge inherent in the structure of TPACK
(Knowledge , Skills and Skills) that teachers use in the Blended Learning modality. Addressing the issue of blended learning in Higher Education. The methodology used
to carry out this study is characterized by a qualitative documental research. In this
search, about twenty studies that were directly aligned with the theme were identified
and analyzed. The analysis showed that the hybrid teaching methodology in Higher
Education presents initial difficulties until teachers and students adapt, but when
consolidated it presents advantages in relation to traditional teaching. The study also
pointed to the need for universities to adapt to the hybrid teaching method, and how
much technological tools can help in the search for knowledge, when combined with
the teaching and learning process.
