Abstract:
The present work aims to present a bibliographical study on the legality and
importance of the elaboration of the detailed term of occurrence by the military police,
that is, to contextualize, through Law nº 9.0099/95 and its principles, the scope that
allows the military police one of its functions is to draw up the form during infractions
of lesser offensive potential, in the search for a quick solution to conflicts generated
in society. of the Term. Interpreting it as a legitimate activity, it aims to analyze
