Abstract:
The objective of the Dissertation is to analyze the activities of ICTs in the Continuing Education of Teachers, in addition to evaluating the pedagogical scope in the relationship between ICTs and the universalization of scientific knowledge, identifying their potential in the educational context. The study is justified by the interest of the work carried out in the Educational Technology Centers in the State of Goiás and in Brazil, which prepare public school teachers for the use of ICT in the classroom. Among them is PROINFO, the Educational Informatics Program of the Ministry of Education that tried to promote the qualification of teachers and the dissemination of ICTs in pedagogy, for the improvement of teaching, aiming at an improved learning in education. In view of this, a qualitative bibliographic review was carried out using as basic theorists: Barreto, Belloni, Freire, Frey, Libâneo, Nóvoa, Toschi, among others, in addition to the use of various Laws, Decrees, Resolutions and Opinions among them: Constitution of the Republic Federation of Brazil, Law No. 13.005/2014 (National Education Plan-PNE), Law of Guidelines and Bases, based on the pre- established criteria on Bardin's (2004, 2010, 2011) Content Analysis, for the understanding of several scientific articles and general conclusions on the subject . Therefore, school changes in education require changes in the continuing education of teachers for the use of ICT in the classroom.
