Abstract:
This paper presents several researches on The Importance of Motivation in the organization, starting from several theoretical studies that defend this theme, emphasizing the People Management that is the area responsible for this factor. The individual has the need of motivation for the elaboration of their tasks within the organizations. The motivation is linked to several factors such as: benefits, awards, transportation costs, recognition among other factors more. Companies are investing in motivation so that they do not lose their employees to the competition. This increases productivity, which is of great advantage for increasing productivity and profitability. A motivated employee helps the company achieve its goal and the company helps to achieve the collaborator is goal.
