Abstract:
The theme People Management is the union between people and organizations. Work takes considerable time in people's lives and depends on them to achieve success, people are the main asset of the organization, and therefore companies need to become more aware and attentive to their employees. People management is the function that enables the effective collaboration of human resources, people, employees, talents or other denomination used, to achieve organizational and individual goals. Therefore, it is fundamental that all employees are committed to the company and feel an integral part of the business. The Human Resources Administration (ARH) evolves according to the historical, political, economic and social facts of each era. The objective of this study is to highlight the human resource management human resource management in the current era in small and medium porte enterprises, where two small and large companies will be analyzed in a case study, thus observing the evolution of Human Resource Management
