Abstract:
Through an increasingly demanding and competitive market, companies have been looking for effective leadership that delivers faster results. The common leader has given way to leaders who, in addition to thinking about results, was are aimed at developing people because they know that human capital is the most important part of the company and that without it, it is impossible to reach the goals. Thus, Leader Coach stands out in front of the common leaders using Coaching as a method to enhance the abilities of the leaders and quickly and naturally achieve the goals of the company through a high performance team. The objective of this work is to present how effective Leader Coach's influence in the development of people within organizations is, so that leadership become deconcentrated with the participation of all staff in decision-making. The method of bibliographical and qualitative research was are used in a company that has a Leader Coach leading the general leadership, in order to gather information that proves the efficiency of this professional and the form of leadership used. In this way, it was possible to conclude that it is necessary that the common leaders seek to improve themselves, firstly to develop people in a personal and professional way so that they are encouraged and always ready to pursue the desired goals
