Abstract:
This article deals with the question of moral abuse in the work environment, as it
manifests itself and the possible consequences of it and, mainly, how the international
and national regulations address this problem, protecting its protesters and protecting
those involved. To discuss the moral situation, not the work environment, it is
necessary to carry out an in-depth study about its most universal concept and its most
general characteristics, inherent to the culture in which it is given, as well as its most
individual and individual concept. The most specific characteristics of Brazilian culture,
legislation and working conditions. The topic has been constantly discussed in
newspapers, magazines, radio and television, all over the country. The issue is being
widely discussed in society, in particular in the trade union movement and in the legislative sphere. The methodology adopted in this research was a qualitative
documentary bibliographic research.
