dc.description.abstract	Poultry farming is a high development activity that is very advantageous for small and large agribusiness investors. There are several conditions that need to be met for the business to be profitable. The methodology employed is a descriptive research that seeks to present, specify, argue and demonstrate the tools for profitability in this activity. The main references are authors Sergio Zen, Paulo de Tarso Carletti Filho, Eliseu Martins. The purpose of this research is to analyze and demonstrate if investment is viable, bringing profitability mainly to small farmers where they may be making better use of their properties.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	A avicultura é uma atividade de autodesenvolvimento que é bastante vantajosa para pequenos e grandes investidores na área do agronegócio. Existem várias condições que precisam ser alcançadas para que o negócio possa ser rentável. Portanto, neste artigo a metodologia empregada é descritiva que busca apresentar, especificar, argumentar e demonstrar as ferramentas que possam levar à lucratividade nesta atividade. Como principais referências pode-se citar os autores Sergio Zen, Paulo de Tarso Carletti Filho e Eliseu Martins. A presente pesquisa tem por finalidade analisar e demonstrar a viabilidade do investimento, trazendo a lucratividade principalmente para pequenos produtores rurais, em que eles podem estar fazendo um melhor aproveitamento de suas propriedades.	pt_BR
