Abstract:
Digital marketing has provided companies with several tools to attract new
customers, showing several positive points to improve your sales. Given this,
this article has as its theme to analyze how marketing can improve
communication and relationships in small businesses. To understand how
digital marketing can influence and facilitate small business sales,
bibliographic research methodology was carried out through articles and
books. With that it can be said that digital marketing has revolutionized in a
positive way in relation to small businesses through the internet.
