Abstract:
Precision Agriculture has expanded its application in soybean cultivation, especially
with the use of drones in agricultural monitoring and management. This study carried
out a literature review with a qualitative approach based on scientific publications
published between 2015 and 2025, seeking to analyze the applications of drones in
soybean farming and their impacts on operating costs and production efficiency. The
analyzed works relate the use of these technologies to phytosanitary monitoring, the
identification of planting failures, the monitoring of vegetative development and
localized spraying. Part of the studies also points to a reduction in the waste of inputs
and greater detail of the information obtained in the field through aerial images and
georeferenced data. The results observed in the literature indicate an increase in the
use of drones in Precision Agriculture applied to soybeans, especially in activities
related to crop monitoring and the management of agricultural operations.
