Abstract:
The e-Social is an electronic system, its purpose is to unify the rendering of accounts to governmental, fiscal, labor and social security agencies. The article aims to present the relevance of the Personnel Department's role in meeting e-Social requirements. Even with the obligation to join e-Social, many professionals and entrepreneurs still have doubts about it. For the development of the article was used the bibliographic research through books, scientific journals and materials available on the internet. After the study we showed that with the correct use of e-Social entities can streamline their processes, optimizing their management, saving resources with transparency and security.
